  • Name, grade, student ID, homeroom teacher or number
  • Parent/guardian contact information including email, phone, and address

B. Student & School Information

Provided by schools or organizations.

  • Student name, grade, teacher/homeroom
  • Student ID (if required for services like ID cards)

C. Photography & User Content

  • Portrait images and related metadata
  • Yearbook or event-related submissions

D. Transaction & Order Information

  • Purchase history and order details
  • Payment and billing information (processed securely via third-party providers)

E. Technical & Usage Data

2. How We Use Information

  • Deliver photography services (e.g., Picture Day, sports, events)
  • Match images with student records for accurate fulfillment

About Our Company

Timeless Portraits Inc. is not affiliated with any national chain and, just as important, we are not owned by a private equity firm. We are a locally owned and operated company in Greensboro, North Carolina. We preform extensive background checks of all employees to ensure we not only meet, but exceed our schools, districts, and organizational required safety practices.
