How do I order my child's school pictures?
Visit our Order Now page and choose the gallery for your school or event. You'll need the access code from your picture day flyer or the card sent home with your student. If you've misplaced it, contact us and we'll help you find your gallery.
When will pictures be delivered?
Most school picture orders are delivered to the school within 3–4 weeks of picture day. Online orders shipped to your home typically arrive within 2 weeks. Sports and event orders vary by program — check your order confirmation for details.
What if my child was absent on picture day?
No problem — every school we serve gets a scheduled retake/absentee day. Your student will be photographed then, and you'll receive ordering information afterward.
What if I'm not happy with the photos?
We want every family to love their portraits. If you're not satisfied, your student can be re-photographed on retake day at no charge, or contact us and we'll make it right.
How should my child dress for picture day?
Solid colors photograph beautifully and keep the focus on your child's face. Avoid busy patterns and logos. Most importantly — a good night's sleep and a relaxed morning make for the best smiles!
Do you offer payment plans or make-up ordering after the deadline?
Late orders can usually still be placed online after picture day — a small shipping fee may apply since orders ship to your home instead of the school. Contact us with any special circumstances; we're a family business and we're happy to work with you.
Can you photograph our school, league, or event?
